The Small Business Advocacy Alliance (SBAA) is dedicated to championing the interests of small businesses that partner with the federal government. We fight against regulatory overreach by advocating for policies and rules strictly grounded in statutory authority, ensuring that entrepreneurs are not burdened by non-statutorily mandated requirements that stifle innovation, competition, and economic opportunity. Through education, litigation support, policy advocacy, and public engagement, we work to create a fair, transparent, and predictable federal contracting environment where small businesses can thrive without drowning in unnecessary red tape.
SBAA is a 501(c)(4) not-for-profit organizations. Membership is limited to small businesses doing work with the US Federal government.
